Emmanuel Tailey
Community Outreach Coordinator, BUBL I Appointed 2019

Emmanuel Tailey is the Community Outreach Coordinator of Better Understanding for a Better Liberia (BUBL). He is a student at the University of Lay Adventist of Kigali (UNILAK) where he studies Environmental Management and Conservation and he is the current Vice Chairman for the Pan Afrikans Movement at UNILAK. He is also an Afro Optimist, Egalitarian, Libertarian, Pan Africanist, and an advocate for Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Human Rights in Liberia.
He currently serves as a volunteer for several youth initiatives and organizations in Liberia, including the Belenie Charity Foundation (BCF), the Students Upliftment Initiative SULI-Liberia, Pan African Volunteers Network (PAVON), Bill Rogers Youth Foundation (BRYF), Liberia Association of Volunteers (LAV), and the Konobo Urban Youth Association (KUYA).
At the Garrison Wilmot Gibson High School in Liberia, Emmanuel served as its Vice President of the Students Council Government and later became its Students Council President. He was a member of the School Debate Team and also served as the School Quizzing Team Captain.
